1. Scope of Service

Copper Pan Catering provides drop-off catering only. All food is prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen, transported in temperature-controlled containers, and delivered ready to serve in disposable aluminum pans. Our services do not include staff, on-site setup, service, or cleanup unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for ensuring that food is served and consumed promptly upon delivery.
  • Any leftover food should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within four (4) hours of delivery, following FDA food safety guidelines.
  • Copper Pan Catering assumes no responsibility for the safety or quality of food after delivery has been completed.
  • The client agrees not to reheat, reuse, or re-serve food beyond the safe time frame.

3. Liability & Indemnification

• Copper Pan Catering shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, or damages resulting from food once it has left our control at the time of delivery.
  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Copper Pan Catering, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from improper handling, storage, or service of the delivered food.
  • Clients are responsible for informing Copper Pan Catering of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order. Failure to disclose such information releases Copper Pan Catering from all related liability.

4. Payment & Cancellations

• Full payment is due upon order confirmation.
  • Orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event are non-refundable.
  • All payments are processed securely through the Copper Pan online order system.

5. Minimum Order & Delivery

• Minimum order amount: $400 plus tax.
  • Delivery fee: $25–$50, based on distance.
  • Copper Pan Catering delivers within a 20-mile radius of Scottsdale, AZ (extended delivery available by quote).

6. Acceptance

By submitting an order through www.copperpancatering.com, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between the parties.
